There were 685 July MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2025's 846 July sales, and the 7th highest number of July sales in all 17 recorded years since 2010. Of the 685 sales, 217 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 97 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in July was $18,500,000. The sale was for a 9273 square feet detached two storey stone residence in Oakville.
