There were 645 September MLS residential sales in the G.T.A. that sold for $1.5 million or more, down from 2025's 800 September sales, and the 8th highest number of September sales in all 17 recorded years since 2010. Of the 645 sales, 173 homes sold for $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. 74 sales were for more than $3,000,000.

The highest priced G.T.A. residential sale reported through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in September was $15,500,000.  The sale was for a 7,600 square feet detached three storey stone residence on a 100 feet by 150 feet lot in Rosedale.  The home comes with six bedrooms, seven baths, an attached garage for two cars, and four additional parking spaces. The listing brokerage described the property -"set on an extraordinary parcel on one of the neighbourhood's most prestigious streets, surrounded by mature trees and manicured grounds. Designed for grand entertaining and exceptional day-to-day family living." Other features include a heated driveway, soaring seilings, intricate millwork, a covered loggia, water fountain, and outdoor fireplace.
